Project 1 Soyopa is within a highly gold-bearing area of the Yaqui River, it is located in the municipality of Soyopa, Sonora. Access to it is by land, starting from the City of Hermosillo, Sonora by paved road of 154.6km to the municipality of Soyopa, and 5km of dirt road in good condition, reaching the project in just 1 hour 40 minutes. And it is made up of 2 mining concessions: Yaqui 2 and Yaqui 4, whose total extension is 299.79 hectares and has 2.8km of river bank from side to side, of which they are surrounded by 3 areas of high Geological-Mining interest.

The origins of these deposits were caused by the action of erosion by the wind and rain, the mountains of the old sierra had been reduced to almost half and some to their base, leaving a series of disaggregated rock masses in the form of hills. The gold from the quartz veins of the ancient mountains was deposited for thousands of years in the form of gold nuggets and dust. With regard to our mining lots, there is immense potential given that millions of tons of unprocessed, practically virgin material are preserved, of which is our intention to exploit with a technique called volume screening and washing, where the fine materials will be separated from the thick ones to recover by gravity. A wide sampling was carried out giving an average grade of 3.46gr/ton. It is important to note that NO type of chemical material will be used for the process such as mercury or cyanide, which are so damaging to the environment. For our reserves, a volumetric study was made in the first 75 hectares in one of the lots of project 1 Soyopa, and around 44 million tons of material were cubed in Alluvial Terraces, of which 1,414,790 Ounces of Gold were calculated, taking as a base one single gram per ton, which is equivalent to 43.59 tons of Gold in one third of the composition. All our work will be carried out through open-pit trenches, recovering the materials by the process already described allows us to extract them from the different layers established in the subsoil, as well as on the walls of the channel and the river bank, always maintaining the balance of the ecosystem, depositing in the same place of extraction the processed material that will be sown as fodder for livestock, transforming the unused lands into useful areas, thus complying with our policies of not harming the ecology and protect nature.
